Larger than I anticipated. I’m not sure if it’s working. I have noticed I don’t have knee joint pain; however, I can’t be positive it’s the mat since my collagen also does the trick. I’m not willing to invest in a tester. I’m going to assume it is like any other I would have bought. I may buy another just for when I’m sitting around.
