Can I grill over open fire?

We do not recommend grilling over open fire with MEATER Plus.

With higher ambient temperature limits (1000°F) MEATER Pro (MEATER 2 Plus) and MEATER Pro XL can be used for grilling over open fire.

How long does the shipping take?

Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) generally ship within 3-8 business days.

Orders processed on the weekend will ship on Monday or Tuesday, depending on our volume.

Business days do not include weekends or national holidays.

Transit times vary depending on location.

Can I return the product if I'm not happy with the cook?

If a product purchased through our online store does not meet your expectations, you may contact us to facilitate a return for refund within 30 days of purchase. The date on your sales receipt is the date of purchase unless otherwise informed. You will be refunded by the same method in which you paid. Using Bluetooth: Up to 165 ft. *range is affected by the number of obstacles, thickness of the cooker, as well as phone or tablet model.

Using MEATER Link with an additional phone: WiFi range.

Using MEATER Cloud with an additional phone: Unlimited (as long as your phone has internet connectivity).
