• Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication are strictly prohibited.

• If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting us regarding the status of their order, the following measures will be taken:

  • The order will be immediately canceled.

  • The customer will be permanently banned from making future purchases on our website.

  • A $30 administrative fee, imposed by your financial institution, will be applied in addition to the lost product value and transaction.
